The niji should require very little servicing during the lifetime of the device. You should ensure you are running the niji in a relatively clean environment and within the specifications given on the data sheet. The niji should not be run with the lid removed and has a sensor to prevent this. There are dust filters in the bottom of the niji which should be checked regularly and if clogged can be replaced. If you need to order new parts, please contact Bluebox Optics directly or your local distributor.
Please make sure your light guide is clean and undamaged. A damaged light guide will reduce the performance of the light guide and can trigger an alarm on the light guide sensor.
When the niji universal collimator is used, we suggest mounting the gap downward to minimise dust ingress.
